China Rare Earth Group says executive moves at listed unit 'normal' changes, does not affect operations

SHANGHAI, June 29 (Reuters) - China Rare Earth Group said on Sunday that adjustments of roles of some directors and senior executives at its listed unit are "normal" personnel changes, and does not affect operations.

The group said that the personnel changes at China Rare Earth Resources and Technology Co 000831.SZ were aimed at optimizing the company's governance structure and enhancing management efficiency.

The adjustments were conducted in a transparent manner and strictly complied with regulations, the group said in a statement that it said was addressing recent misinformation circulating online.
