China National Software & Service (SHA:600536) completed the record filing of the issuance of shares for 2024 with the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a Saturday bourse filing.
The Chinese digital solutions provider's shares rose over 1% on Monday's midday trade.
The company will proceed with the registration and custody procedures for the newly issued shares.
