Shanghai Longcheer Technology (SHA:603341) filed an application to list H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The proposed issuance and listing are subject to approvals from the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong bourse and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Shares of the smart products and services provider rose 1% in recent trade.
