Technology stocks were mixed premarket Tuesday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.3% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 0.4% higher recently.
D-Wave Quantum (QBTS) shares were up 3.7% after the company said it completed its $400 million "at-the-market" equity offering.
Wolfspeed (WOLF) shares were up more than 90% after the company said it has taken the next step to implement its previously announced restructuring support agreement with key lenders, including holders of over 97% of its senior secured notes, Renesas Electronics' US subsidiary, and convertible debtholders owning more than 67% of the convertible notes.
Marti Technologies (MRT) shares were 0.2% lower after the company said its new investment plan for 2025 to 2026 will focus on launches in new Turkish cities and growing its ride-hailing team.
