ISOTeam Likely Unaffected by Bottlenecks in Parts of Singapore's Construction Industry -- Market Talk

Dow Jones2025-07-03

0650 GMT - ISOTeam is likely unaffected by bottlenecks in parts of Singapore's construction industry, CGS International analysts say in a research report. With mega projects being awarded and construction works starting, construction companies have highlighted bottlenecks in certain services, such as engineering and heavy-tonnage cranes, the analysts note. However, ISOTeam operates in the additions and alterations space, which typically doesn't share same subcontractors as new-build segment. Also, ISOTeam's multi-disciplinary capabilities include architectural, engineering, electrical and mechanical ventilation solutions, which should minimize the need to use external engineering services. The brokerage has an add rating and a target price of S$0.10 on the shares, which are 2.6% lower at S$0.075. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
