Yanjing Brewery Forecasts Up to 50% Rise in H1 Attributable Profit; Shares Rise 3%

Beijing Yanjing Brewery (SHE:000729) forecasts attributable profit to rise 40% to 50% to between 1.06 billion yuan and 1.14 billion yuan in the first half from 758.2 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The brewery expects basic earnings per share to grow to between 0.3766 yuan and 0.4035 yuan from 0.2690 yuan in the prior-year period.

Shares jumped 3% during morning trading on Tuesday.
