Carnaby Resources (ASX:CNB) said that the continuity of the Inheritance orebody at the Trekelano prospect was confirmed in a drill hole drilled from the pit ramp for metallurgical purposes at the Greater Duchess copper-gold project in Queensland, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It reported an intercept of 154 meters at 1% grade of copper-equivalent, including 0.9% grade of copper and 0.2 grams per tonne grade of gold from the drilling.
It said that significant shallow reverse circulation results were received from delineation drilling at the Mount Hope prospects. This yielded intercepts of 24 meters at 2.3% grade of copper-equivalent comprised of 2.1% grade of copper and 0.2 g/t grade of gold from 33 meters as well as 21 meters at 2.5% grade of copper-equivalent, made up of 2.4% grade of copper and 0.2g/t grade of gold from 54 meters.
Its shares fell over 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
