1221 GMT - Though shares in EFG International have risen considerably in recent months, the continuing risks from legal liabilities that the Swiss bank faces makes such a strong premium hard to justify, Citi says in a research note. EFG is still involved in several legal and arbitration proceedings mostly related to BSI, the entity it acquired a few years ago. "There is still significant inherent uncertainty for equity investors on the potential outcomes of these cases and we would not exclude the possibility of news flow that could add volatility to EFG's share price," analysts Nicholas Herman and Andrew Coombs write. Yet, they remain positive on its midterm outlook and cut the stock rating to neutral from buy. Shares are up 15.5% year to date. (elena.vardon@wsj.com)
