Suzhou Veichi Electric Gets Six Patents, Two Software Copyright Certificates

Suzhou Veichi Electric (SHA:688698) and its subsidiaries obtained six patent certificates and two computer software copyright registration certificates, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

The China National Intellectual Property Administration handed down the patents for three inventions, two utility models, and one design between April 1 and June 30.

The invention patents are valid for 20 years, the utility model patents for 10 years, and design patents for 15 years, the Chinese electric drive control system provider said.

Meanwhile, the software copyright registration certificates were obtained from the National Copyright Administration of China for the Weichuang Customer Relationship Management System V1.0 and the Environmental and Air Conditioning Smart Collector Software V1.0. The patents are valid until Dec. 31, 2074, and Dec. 31, 2075, respectively.

The company's shares closed 2% lower.
