The US Commerce Department imposed 450.64% in anti-dumping duties against Shandong Sanyuan Biotechnology's (SHE:301206) erythritol sweeteners, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The duties follow a preliminary anti-dumping investigation.
The Commerce Department will need to enforce a final ruling following further verification, the filing said.
Sanyuan Biotech will adjust its export-oriented sales strategy and focus on the domestic market, the filing said.
