** Germany's Infineon IFXGn.DE, Aixtron AIXGn.DE and Siltronic WAFGn.DE fall between 1% and 2.3%; Swiss sensor maker ams OSRAM AMS.S falls 2.3%
** STMicroelectronics STMPA.PA and Soitec SOIT.PA are down around 2%
