Stocks to Watch: Blaize Holdings, Talen Energy, BlackSky Technology

Blaize Holdings said it secured a contract with Starshine Computing Power Technology Limited to deliver its artificial intelligence platform across Asia. Shares surged 71% to $5.20 in after-hours trading Thursday.

Talen Energy is acquiring two Caithness Energy combined-cycle gas-fired plants for $3.5 billion. The stock rose 16% to $305.60 after the market closed.

BlackSky Technology said it would offer $125 million of convertible senior notes due in 2033. Shares tumbled 12% to $24.89 after the bell.
