0109 GMT - Lum Chang Creations' robust earnings growth is poised to be driven by positive urban revitalization specialists' industry outlook, UOB Kay Hian's Heidi Mo says in a research report. The urban revitalization specialist is expected to have a strong order book of S$123 million as of May 31 to drive earnings growth of 144% and 12% in FY 2025 and FY 2026, respectively. Growth drivers include Singapore government's commitment to protecting local heritage by offering incentives, the uptrend in adaptive reuse of heritage buildings, and a growing number of conservation projects.
