DY6 Metals (ASX:DY6) said it secured three additional exploration licenses, considered prospective for rutile and heavy mineral sands, through direct applications at the Central rutile project in Cameroon, increasing the total landholding to 5,901 square kilometers from 4,974 square kilometers, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The firm's soil sampling program will be expanded to include the new license applications, Biyan, Nlong, and Ayene.
Its shares fell 5% on market close.
