YCIH Green High-Performance Concrete (HKG:1847) said its rollout of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and rooftop solar in Yunnan has significantly reduced operational costs and emissions, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
Shares of the company soared 61% in Thursday's recent trade.
The initiatives cut freight costs by 39.1 million yuan and slashed carbon emissions by more than 11,700 tons, the company said.
It operates 121 EVs, 21 charging stations, and 3 battery-swap sites.
Solar systems generated 3 million kilowatt-hours, saving 1.2 million yuan in electricity costs and earning 440,000 yuan in power sales.
