Qingdao Zhongzi Zhongcheng Group (SHE:300208) on Monday was formally delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange after reporting negative net assets in 2023 and receiving an adverse audit opinion for 2024.
The infrastructure company's shares will transfer to China's National Equities Exchange within 45 days, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
