0344 GMT - Telecommunications group Singtel's growth could be spurred by artificial intelligence-related tailwinds, RHB's Singapore Research team says in a note. Singtel's coming data centers have presold more than 50% of their capacity, which is decent, the analysts say. That could be a new growth avenue for its digital-infrastructure division in the mid-to-long term. A new subsea cable could improve the network diversity of its data centers and cater to increased AI demand. Meanwhile, Singtel may pare its Bharti Airtel stake to around 23% from 28.3%, which could net more than S$8 billion. The group could then declare additional "value realization" dividends at the higher end of its 3 Singapore cents to 6 Singapore cents guidance. RHB maintains a buy rating and raises the target price to S$4.70 from S$4.50. Shares are last at S$4.15. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
