0511 GMT - Frasers Centrepoint Trust's asset enhancement initiatives are likely its next growth driver, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a research report. The trust is revamping the entrances and key shopper touchpoints at Hougang Mall, where net lettable area for food and beverage is expected to rise to 32% from 26%, the analyst says. The trust will probably conduct another initiative at NEX Mall, where gross floor area could increase by around 60,000 square feet. RHB raises the trust's unit target price to S$2.50 from S$2.39 to reflect its lower cost-of-equity assumption for the trust, while maintaining the buy rating. The units are 0.45% lower at S$2.19.
