Bethel Automotive Safety Systems (SHA:603596) completed the establishment and registration of its wholly-owned subsidiary in Morocco, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The Chinese automotive braking systems manufacturer invested $75 million into the subsidiary, WBTL Morocco Automotive Safety Systems, which will manufacture and sell automobile chassis. WBTL has a registered capital of 100,000 Moroccan dirhams.
