ProsperCap's (SGX:PPC) chief executive officer and executive director, Iqbal Jumabhoy, will resign from the roles, effective July 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Jumabhoy has stepped down from both roles to make way for another candidate to lead the group towards its next phase of development and growth.
