Keppel Pacific OAK US REIT's (SGX:CMOU) income available for distribution to unitholders fell 16.2% during the first half of the year to $19.9 million from $23.8 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Net property income dropped 3.2% year on year to $40.7 million from $42.0 million.
Gross revenue was up 0.2% on year to $74.6 million from $74.4 million.
Shares of the REIT were down 4.4% in recent trading.
