Innovative Medical Management (SHE:002173) appointed Yang Jianrong, who has been serving as CFO of company subsidiary Qiqihar Jianhua Hospital since February 2022, as chief financial officer.
Yang succeeded acting CFO, President Ma Jianjian, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the medical services provider closed 8% higher Thursday.
