Atour Lifestyle, a Nasdaq-listed Chinese hotel chain, is considering a secondary listing in Hong Kong to raise several hundred million dollars, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Shanghai-based operator of over 1,600 hotels is said to be working with advisers, though final terms and timing remain undecided, according to the report.
The company, which generated $993 million in net revenue last year, went public in late 2022 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, Bloomberg reported.
