OpenLearning Enters Three-Year Reseller Partnership Agreement with Australian Content Management Provider, Shares Fall 7%

OpenLearning (ASX:OLL) signed a three-year reseller partnership agreement with Elcom Technology, which will bundle OpenLearning's enterprise learning management system into its offering for corporate clients, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The agreement started on Tuesday, Aug. 5, and has an option to be renewed for two years. There is no exclusivity on either party and no minimum fees payable under the agreement.

The partnership aligns with the firm's strategy to expand its software-as-a-service business into the enterprise and government sectors, per the filing.

The firm's shares fell 7% in recent trading on Tuesday.
