Xgimi Technology (SHA:688696) is looking to list its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The details have not yet been finalized, and the appliance seller's listing is subject to review by regulators in Hong Kong and mainland China, the filing said.
Sharse fell 1% during morning trading on Tuesday.
