Inspur Electronic Information Industry Issues 2 Billion Yuan Ultra-Short-Term Bonds

Inspur Electronic Information Industry (SHE:000977) issued ultra-short-term bonds amounting to 2 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Friday.

The issuance is the fifth tranche under a 5 billion yuan ultra-short-term bond program that was launched in 2023.

The bonds have an interest rate of 1.62%.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKG:1398, SHA:601398) served as a lead underwriter and bookrunner, the Chinese information technology infrastructure products company said.
