Life360 Swings to Q2 Earnings, Revenue Rises, Lifts 2025 Revenue Outlook; Appoints CEO

Life360 Inc reported late Monday its Q2 swung to earnings of $0.08 per diluted share, from a loss of $0.15 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected EPS of $0.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $115.4 million, up from $84.9 million a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $110.3 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 revenue of $462 million to $482 million, an increase from prior guidance of $450 million to $480 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $469.3 million.

Additionally, the company announced that COO Lauren Antonoff has been promoted to CEO and appointed to the Board of Directors also, co-founder Chris Hulls will transition to Executive Chairman.

Life360 Inc shares jumped 13% in overnight trading in US market.

LIFE360 INC-CDI ASX shares also jumped 8%.
