Twilio to Join S&P MidCap 400

Twilio (TWLO) will join the S&P MidCap 400 index, effective before the opening of trading on Aug. 19, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Thursday.

Twilio will replace Amedisys (AMED), which has been acquired by UnitedHealth Group (UNH).
