Bund Center Investment's (SGX:BTE) attributable profit to owners fell 59% to SG$2.8 million in the first half of the year from SG$6.8 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up over 6% in Wednesday trading.
Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0037 compared with SG$0.009 in the comparable period.
Revenue declined 5.4% year over year to SG$40.1 million from SG$42.3 million, mainly due to a decrease in revenue from the property leasing segment.
The company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.036 per share for the period, up from SG$0.014 per share a year earlier.
