Albion Resources (ASX:ALB) completed the sale of its Mongers Lake project in Western Australia's Murchison region to Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) for an upfront payment of AU$1.5 million in cash and shares.
Capricorn paid AU$1.4 million through the issue of 149,784 shares at an average price of AU$9.35 per share and a non-refundable cash deposit of AU$100,000, the filing said.
The company will also receive up to AU$1.5 million in contingent milestone payments, the filing added.
