WIN Metals (ASX:WIN) said reconnaissance rock chip sampling identified a 500-meter gold trend at the Ruby Queen North prospect at Butchers Creek gold project in Western Australia, with samples returning up to 5.2 grams per tonne grade of gold, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Additional work is underway to confirm the continuity of mineralization across an expanded zone, which would increase the prospective gold corridor to over 900 meters, the filing said.
