Region Group (ASX:RGN) reported Tuesday fiscal year 2025 adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) of AU$0.137 per security, up from AU$0.136 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AFFO of AU$0.14.
Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$382.6 million, compared with AU$380.4 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$350.7 million.
The company said it expects fiscal year 2026 AFFO to be at least AU$0.14 per security with a distribution payout ratio of 100% of AFFO. Analysts polled by FactSet expect AFFO of AU$0.14 per share on revenue of AU$363.3 million.
