Winton Land (ASX:WTN, ASX:WIN) and Kainga Ora Homes and Communities have reached settlements in two high court proceedings involving allegations of anti-competitive behavior, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
The proceedings will be discontinued with no admission of wrongdoing or costs awarded, and all other terms remain confidential with no further comment from the parties, the filing said.
