Vista Group International (ASX:VGL, NZE:VGL) said that cinema circuit Kinepolis Group agreed to move to Vista Group's Vista Cloud platform under a five-year agreement, according to Monday's Australian and New Zealand bourse filings.
Kinepolis is anticipated to adopt Vista's Digital Enablement system, including Vista's Lumos+ web and mobile digital channels, across all territories by the end of 2026. It will then adopt the capabilities in Vista's operational excellence system across all territories by the end of 2027.
