Blazing Star Merger Sub said Wednesday that its cash tender offer and consent solicitation for all outstanding Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) and Walgreen notes, maturing between 2025 and 2050 has been extended to Aug. 27 from Aug. 26.
The settlement date remains Aug. 28, the company said.
