Great Elm Capital (GECC) said Thursday it has launched an underwritten public offering of unsecured notes due 2030.
The interest rate and other terms of the notes will be determined by negotiations between the company and the underwriters, the company said.
Great Elm said it expects to use net proceeds from the offering to pay down other debt and for general corporate purposes.
