Shanghai Film (SHA:601595) chief financial officer, Wu Heping, resigned due to personal reasons, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese film company's general manager will act as CFO until Wu's successor is appointed.
The company's shares dropped over 4% during the morning trade.
