同仁堂医养，拟赴香港上市，获中国证监会备案通知书

　　2025年8月29日，中国证监会国际合作司发布关于北京同仁堂医养投资股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书（国合函[2025]1471号）。

　　根据备案通知书，同仁堂医养拟发行不超过1.36930500亿股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市，以及10名股东拟将所持合计1.1039024亿股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份。

　　同仁堂医养，于2024年6月28日、2024年12月31日、2025年6月30日先后三次在港交所递交招股书，中金公司独家保荐。

　　同仁堂医养，成立于2015年，作为一家领先的中医医疗集团，主要利用优势专科并采用中医药物和非药物治疗相结合的方式，为客户提供最合适的方案。截至2025年6月24日，同仁堂医养已建立分级诊疗服务网络，包括12家自有线下医疗机构及一家互联网医院，以及10家线下管理医疗机构。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按2024年总门诊人次及住院人次计，同仁堂医养是中国非公立中医院医疗服务行业中最大的中医院集团，市场份额为1.7%。
