Austin Engineering Unit Completes First Dipper Bucket in Partnership with US Forging Company; Shares Up 4%

Austin Engineering's (ASX:ANG) Mainetec subsidiary completed the first dipper bucket fitted with ground-engaging tool (GET) technology in collaboration with US-based forging company Bierwith Forge, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the partnership, the company will distribute Bierwith Forge's GET Slick Lip system across its mining bucket range in Australia, the filing said.

The dipper is scheduled for delivery to a domestic customer within the month, according to the filing.

Shares rose nearly 4% in morning trade on Wednesday.
