Xinjiang Lixin Energy (SHE:001258) completed the issue of 1.23 billion yuan in CITIC Securities-Lixin Energy 2025 Clean Energy Infrastructure Green Asset-Backed Special Plan.
The securities were issued on Aug. 29 and formally established on Sept. 2, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the wind energy generation company closed 2% lower.
