Beiqi Foton Motor's (SHA:600166) vehicle sales increased to 51,375 units in August from 42,079 units in the year-ago period, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Production rose to 47,066 units during the month from 39,670 units in the previous year.
Sales of its engine products declined to 19,126 units from 20,478 in August 2024, while production decreased to 20,861 units in August from 17,087 units in the prior-year period.
