Simble Solutions Sells Entire Bittensor Holdings, Exits Digital Asset Treasury Strategy; Shares Fall 20%

Simble Solutions (ASX:SIS) has sold its full holding of 387.7242 Bittensor (TAO) tokens for around AU$190,000, realizing a loss of about AU$10,000 from the original AU$200,000 purchase, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

This decision follows a consultation with the Australian Securities Exchange and its compliance update on digital asset treasury strategies for listed companies, the filing said.

The company will no longer acquire digital assets as part of its treasury strategy moving forward, per the filing.

The proceeds from the sale will be allocated to working capital, the filing added.

The company's shares fell 20% in recent Friday trade.
