Chengdu New Tianfu Culture Tourism Development's (SHE:000558) affiliate, Chengdu Cultural Tourism Property Management, won a bid for the Xiling Snow Mountain Scenic Area Comprehensive Management Service Outsourcing Project, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Friday.
The project costs 17.7 million yuan annually and has a service term of three years.
The project includes property management services, which cost 5.8 million yuan every year, and comprehensive support services, which cost 11.9 million yuan per year.
The Chinese tourism company's shares rose over 2% at the close.
