Wanhua Chemical (SHA:600309) resumed the operations of the production facilities of its Hungarian subsidiary, BorsodChem, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The company's shares jumped less than 5% during Monday's morning trading.
The facilities, which were shut down in July for maintenance, produce 400,000 tons of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and 250,000 tons of toluene diisocyanate every year, the Chinese chemical products manufacturer said.
