Voicecomm Technology to Procure Services from Firm Tied to Chairman

Voicecomm Technology (HKG:2495) said it agreed to procure certain services from an entity tied to its chairman Tang Jinghua, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.

Shares of the IT solutions provider fell over 3% in late morning trade Friday.

Under the cooperation agreement, Tang's Zibo Intellisound will arrange safety officers and other operation and maintenance work for the company's autonomous driving system project at Mianyang science and technology city in China's Sichuan province.

The agreement will last from Sept. 1, 2025, to July 31, 2027, with a total cap of 10.4 million yuan for the entirety of the contract.

Zibo Intellisound has been providing a similar service to Voicecomm since 2024, the company said.
