Matrix Design's (SHE:301365) subsidiary, Anke Technology (Shenzhen), agreed to sell 10% of its stake to a new investor through capital raise, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
Shenzhen Jifu Emerging Industries Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) will invest 5 million yuan to subscribe for Anke's new registered capital of 166,667 yuan.
The Chinese interior design company's shares dropped over 3% during the afternoon trade.
