XChange TEC.INC (XHG), a China-based insurance technology company, filed a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday for the potential sale of up to $300 million in securities, to be offered periodically in one or more tranches.
The filing covers American depositary shares, Class A shares, preferred shares, warrants, units and debt securities.
XChange shares fell 4.6% in after-hours trading.
