Traffic Control Technology (SHA:688015) said it will renew its lease of its production and office space owned by Beijing Jiaokong Silicon Valley Technology for five years, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The contract is valid for five years, with rent and property fees of up to 237.4 million yuan, the filing said.
The lessor is a wholly owned subsidiary of the rail transit control equipment company's largest shareholder, Beijing Infrastructure Investment.
Shares jumped 6% during the close of trading on Thursday.
