Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Mechanical & Electronic (SHE:002284) was designated as the supplier of rear brake caliper assemblies and front brake discs for a domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer.
The project, with a four-year lifecycle, is expected to begin mass production in the second quarter of 2027 and generate 514 million yuan in sales, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the motor vehicle brake system manufacturer closed 1% lower Wednesday.
