Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK,NZE:SPK) expects to grow its return on invested capital to a range of 11% to 13%, from 8.7%, over the next five years, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Chair Justine Smyth confirmed she will stand for re-election at the company's annual general meeting in November, with plans to remain in the role for up to 12 months, the filing said.
